1. Our Commitment

SpriteWood is a fully on-device utility. We do not collect, store, or upload any personally identifiable information.

2. How the App Handles Your Data

2.1 Photos and Images

• All image processing (pixelation, cross-palette mapping, export) happens entirely on your device.
• The App does not upload any image to any server.
• Photo Library access requires your permission (system prompt). It is used only for the photos you choose to import and for the “Save to Photos” feature.
• You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos.

2.2 Local Data Storage

• Your projects, inventory, material library, and shopping lists are stored only in the app’s sandbox on your device (SwiftData + sandboxed files).
• The App does not use iCloud sync or any third-party cloud storage.
• Uninstalling the App permanently removes all local data.

2.3 Application Updates (OTA)

• On launch, the App checks for updates to the embedded web engine, transmitting only technical metadata (version number, SHA256, download URL).
• The request does not include any Apple device ID, IDFA, IP, or any other identifier.
• Updates only replace static web engine assets — your local data is never touched.

3. What the App Does NOT Do

• ❌ No personal information collection (name, email, phone, address, etc.)
• ❌ No analytics SDKs (no Firebase / Google Analytics / Sentry / etc.)
• ❌ No advertising SDKs
• ❌ No login or account required
• ❌ No data shared with third parties
• ❌ No in-app purchases (IAP), no subscriptions

4. Children’s Privacy

The App is suitable for users aged 4+. Because the App collects no personal information and requires no account, it complies with COPPA / GDPR-K children’s privacy requirements.

Any updates to this Policy will be announced on this page. Material changes are released alongside app versions.
