Q：跨色卡转换支持哪些体系？
A：v1.0 内置 5 个体系：MARD / COCO / 漫漫 / 盼盼 / 咪小窝，共 290+ 色映射矩阵。后续版本将扩展国际品牌（Perler / Hama / Artkal 等）。

Q：是否支持 iPad？
A：支持。SpriteWood 是 Universal App，iPad 启用 NavigationSplitView 三栏生产力布局。

Q：数据存在哪里？换设备能同步吗？
A：所有数据（项目、库存、素材库）保存在本机沙盒，不上云、不同步。我们刻意保持单机模式以确保隐私。如需迁移，可通过素材库导出图纸单独保存。

Q：有内购或订阅吗？
A：没有。买断付费、永久使用，无内购、无订阅、无广告。

Q：未来版本如何获取？
A：通过 App Store 自动更新即可获取大版本。期间小修复会通过站点 OTA 静默推送（仅替换嵌入式 Web 引擎，不影响本地数据）。

Q：能否离线使用？
A：可以。所有核心功能（图像 → 图纸、跨色卡、库存管理）完全离线工作。

Q：忘记 / 丢失了密码？
A：本应用无登录、无密码，无此问题。

Q: Image import doesn't respond?
A: Please make sure you've granted Photos access in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > SpriteWood. If already granted but still unresponsive, restart the app.

Q: Which palette systems are supported?
A: v1.0 includes 5 palette systems: MARD / COCO / Manman / Panpan / Mixiaowo, with a 290+ color mapping matrix. Future versions will add international brands (Perler / Hama / Artkal, etc.).

Q: Does it support iPad?
A: Yes. SpriteWood is a Universal app. iPad uses NavigationSplitView with a productive three-column layout.

Q: Where is my data stored? Can I sync across devices?
A: All data (projects, inventory, material library) is stored in the local sandbox. No cloud, no sync. This is intentional to keep your data fully private. To migrate, you can export individual patterns from the material library.

Q: Are there in-app purchases or subscriptions?
A: No. One-time purchase, lifetime use. No IAP, no subscription, no ads.

Q: How do I get future versions?
A: Major versions arrive via App Store auto-update. Minor fixes are quietly pushed through web-engine OTA (only replaces embedded web engine; your local data is untouched).

Q: Can I use it offline?
A: Yes. All core features (image → pattern, cross-palette, inventory) work fully offline.

Q: I forgot my password?
A: There's no login or password. Not applicable.
